Q What happens in what sequence, once an order is placed.
A When payment for an order has been cleared, a high resolution photo file is sent within 48 hours to the printer/framer, to then commence immediate production, and subsequent delivery of that order.
Q Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
A No refund is possible. Please choose carefully, before you place an order.
Q Is there discount for buying more than one photo?
A We cannot offer discount on any of the Limited Edition Photographs, as these are all sold at the listed price to preserve investment valuation. With the Open Edition photos, no discount either, unless you are corporate customer and are purchasing a large quantity for offices, tourism bureaus, hotels, etc.
